Sadly the size of the lights delivered is bigger than my actual TV Unit eventhough both lengths mentioned on box and on TV are 55". Thus the accuracy of the light sync is off.
The installation section onthe app isn't very clear on what the functions and options do or adjust.
when using the sync option on the app, either of the options, the lights start flashing insanely fast. The colors do not match or sync. and when it does work, scenery changes so fast that the changing colors around the TV feels like a nightclub disco light. it's quite intense.
The programmed light sets are interesting. Pitty there is no custom or edit options.

Honestly, I had my doubts about this product. I have to say that I am delighted, it has broken my expectations for very well. A full-blown ambilight. Goes very fluid and responds very quickly. It is true that with the brightness at the 100% it can make some flicker, but nothing significant. It's the only one I found for a 50 "TV and it goes really well.

It cannot handle individual LEDs but it is normal for this type of strip.
Everything else is fine. The double-sided adhesive on the back is of good quality and seems to hold up well even after several weeks.

The ambient light colors seems accurate and responsive but the LED strips are too long for a 40 inch TV. This causes bunching in the corners that broke the vinyl covering on the end of the sections. The LED strips themselves are not the highest quality, I fully expect to have to replace them at some point due to breakage or failure, but that's not a big deal as long as the HDMI control box can handle replacement strips. See photos.

It works fine with Zigbee hub. The power consumption of 2m LED strip with controller is about 0,5 A on USB connector.
